How it Works?
Workflow | LaTeX Typesetting Services
Here is the workflow of our LaTeX Typesetting Services.
Description of Workflow
- Submit your requirements via Contact Page or send us an email.
This could include (i) Current LaTeX you need to modify (ii) Formatting Guidelines for creating a new template, or (iii) Existing content in Handwritten/Google Doc/Word Doc/Excel Tables you would like to typeset in LaTeX. - Receive a Quote
After collaboratively defining the features and deliverables you desire, you’ll receive a detailed quote outlining the estimated project hours and the timeframe for your initial draft. Upon your approval, we’ll proceed with an invoice, covering half the quoted time value, to initiate the project. Our goal is to ensure transparency and clarity every step of the way, allowing for a smooth and efficient process tailored to your needs. - We will begin the work
Upon receipt of the invoice payment, we’ll promptly commence work on crafting the initial draft. Barring any specific arrangements, you can anticipate receiving the first draft within minimum of 24 hours to maximum of 3 days. We prioritize timeliness and strive to uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon timelines. - You Review the PDF Drafts
Once you receive the initial PDF draft of your document, you’ll have the opportunity to request any aesthetic, structural, or content adjustments you deem necessary. We’ll diligently incorporate your feedback, providing additional PDF drafts through several iterations until you are completely satisfied that all specifications have been met. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring that the final document aligns perfectly with your expectations.
To maintain security and ensure the smooth progression of the project, only PDF drafts are transmitted, rather than the underlying code used to generate them. This practice serves as collateral, guaranteeing payment for the second half of the project upon completion. - Receive the Source Code
Upon your satisfaction with the work meeting your specifications, you’ll receive a second invoice for the remaining half of the quoted time. Upon payment, you’ll promptly receive the final template code in a ready-to-compile format.
Should you encounter any challenges compiling the template on your system, rest assured that basic support with your LaTeX distribution will be provided to ensure a seamless experience with the template. Your satisfaction and success with the finalized template are of utmost importance to us, and we’re committed to providing the necessary assistance to facilitate your usage and implementation.
Additional Support
Your project will be supported after delivery within reasonable limits. If you encounter any questions or difficulties in using your new template, simply reach out via email, and dedicated support will be provided to ensure your concerns are promptly addressed and resolved. Moreover, should the need arise for additional features or template functionality post-delivery, arrangements can be made on an ad hoc basis. Each request will be quoted individually, based on its specific requirements, and is not bound by the minimum project duration. We’re committed to ensuring that your template remains tailored to your evolving needs, providing ongoing support and enhancements as necessary.
